Estate of Flaig

This was a Will contest in which I represented their minor granddaughter (through her mother) of a decedent. The decedent had changed her Will prior to death, leaving her estate to the best friend of her deceased son. We alleged incapacity on the part of the decedent, as well as undue influence (the individual named as beneficiary had procured the Will). Eventually we reached a settlement for 50% of the probate assets -- my client also inherited a number of non-probate assets.
