Clients were struck by and uninsured drunk driver and had over $60,000.00 in medical bills. Because there was no insurance on the driver we went after the bar that served him alcohol and were able to demonstrate a lack of safety precautions and a history of drivers being pulled over for DUI after leaving the premises.
