Creditors in Litigation

I represent Dodeka LLC in thousands of debt collection lawsuits against individual debtors, primarily for credit card debt. I am very approachable and easy to communicate with, so I routinely try to resolve the cases prior to trial. I recognize that debtors who get sued are already under stress, so I don't need to add to their problems by being rude or mean. I encourage all attorneys to treat others with respect and kindness. I think of how I would want my grandparents treated and act accordingly. Debts are debts and should be paid, but litigation doesn't have to mean antagonism.
