Charlesworth Nicholas v. Jamila Malines, et al.

In this automobile accident case involving claims of personal injury, the Court granted our Motion to Strike all Plaintiff's claims of statutory recklessness against our client, the defendant operator, on the grounds that those claims were duplicative of previously-alleged claims in negligence, and the fact that the conduct alleged failed to rise to the level of conduct satisfying Connecticut's pleading standard pertaining to recklessness claims.
