Acquisition of Thai Subsidiary

Onit wished to acquire a company in Thailand which was already a subcontractor. There are several ways to structure American businesses in Thailand to enjoy favorable tax treatment. I investigated those and consulted with Thai counsel. We eventually accomplished a successful asset purchase of the Thai company. The transaction, of course, involved due diligence, drafting of documents, and extensive work with Thai counsel.
