9th Circuit Court of Appeal ruled that foeclosure sale of elderly debtor's home was invalid, foreclosure sale was reversed in favor of Mr. Bayer's client. Mr. Bayer successfully argued this case at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. See, 861 F.2d 597
