That is a good question, and its really depends on the judge. I believe the nature of the law being a full time student, and I have had judges agree with me in the past on this, but other judges find adult school (night school) to be acceptable as well.See question

You can request through DCSS for the debt cancelation. If the debt was collected through DCSS in regards to aid then that is the county's money, and they make a literal fortune every year from the collection of child support.
