About me

Experienced litigator devoted to helping clients achieve positive results in and out of the courtroom.

During Scott's four years in the Air Force Judge Advocate Corps, he represented the government as a prosecutor and in-house counsel for two-years, where he maintained a 100% conviction rate and received numerous awards for his efforts.  Scott was then hand-selected to represent Air Force members as a public defender and served in that capacity until he separated from active duty.  He moved his family back home to St. Charles and is now focused on developing bonds within his local community by representing those in need of legal services.  Scott's practice consists of civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense, DWI/traffic defense, and personal injury matters, as well as some estate planning and veteran affairs matters.  Scott continues his passion for service by helping military members as the first dedicated defense counsel in the Missouri Air National Guard.
