Perry Heitman is a Portland, Oregon business lawyer and trial lawyer. Before launching his private practice, Heitman was with a boutique Portland law firm of trial attorneys specializing in business and commercial litigation, including financial fraud disputes, and real estate transactions and disputes.

Although Heitman’s office is in downtown Portland, Oregon, he has appeared in circuit courts for the state of Oregon in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Linn, Lane, Marion, Tillamook and Yamhill counties.  He has also appeared in King and Snohomish counties in the state of Washington. Heitman is admitted to practice law in United States District Court for the District of Oregon where he has appeared many times. 

Perry is active in his Northwest Portland neighborhood community, where he currently serves as Vice-President of his neighborhood association. He is also involved with community-based non-profit organizations that advocate for equal rights and protections for all individuals.
