About Me

NOTE:  I am not "in-house counsel" but rather in EEO (HR) Compliance. Avvo did not give me a choice of "Compliance" in the field where I was required to state the reason for my not taking clients. There was also no choice of "Other." So I chose "in-house counsel" as it was the closest available descriptor.

As of July 2013, I am no longer accepting private clients, even though my law license is active and in good standing, because I am currently working in a corporate setting in EEO (HR) Compliance.

I am available for speaking engagements or instructorships on topics relating to social media (professional use thereof and networking with), employment law issues, EEO/HR compliance, workplace diversity and inclusion, work/life balance, lactation and the law, women in law and business, and women in leadership.
