Kevin Andrew McDowell

About me

Throughout the course of handling several hundred litigation matters during my career, I have taken or defended hundreds of depositions, represented both defendants and plaintiffs at mediation, represented clients in arbitration, and tried jury trial cases to verdict.

I primarily represent clients in business and litigation matters. In addition, I consult with clients and draft agreements pertaining to significant property acquisitions and divestitures, strategic alliance agreements, employment issues, and other business transactional matters.

Another one of my interests is aviation.  I'm an avid pilot and hold a commercial pilot's license.  I also maintain an instrument flight instructor license, and a multi-engine flight instructor license.  I am a past member of the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association and Lawyer-Pilot's Bar Association.
