Benefit Contract Review: Review and negotiation of benefit plan contracts such as health insurance and third party administration (ASO) contracts for self-insured plans;

HIPAA: Drafting and updating HIPAA polices and Business Associate Contracts;

Claims and Appeals: Advice on ERISA health plan claim and appeal procedures;

COBRA:COBRA compliance document drafting and COBRA advice;

Employee Benefit Communications: Drafting of Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), Open Enrollment Materials, ACA Exchange Notices and other communications;

Advice on the impact of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other federal laws on employee benefit design and administration;

Wellness Programs: Advice on the legal requirements impacting employer wellness program design;
