I retained Attorney Jeana Vogel in April of 2012.

After 28 years of marriage, I found myself in a lonely, fearful, and unsure position regarding my future. Divorce is a financial hardship on many people, but a reasonable start will help a person get back on their feet.

Attorney Vogel never left my side during my divorce process. She extended herself to me with knowledge regarding my case, and she was thorough in making sure I understood the possible outcomes for my case.

I suffered a financial hardship during my process. It was Attorney Vogel who heard my concerns. She made sure my mediation was done timely. After determining a need, she initiated a request for Temporary Alimony while I awaited my final case outcome. If it were not for Attorney Vogel's care in my case, I would not have been able to move from a residence I could not afford to a residence that is now within my budget. My journey was not easy. I felt like I was drowning on many occasions. The personal and professional guidance I received from Attorney Vogel cannot be conveyed with words. Every letter I sent to her was answered. Every email was responded to.

The most important aspect with regard to my relationship with Attorney Vogel is she always told me the truth with regard to my position in my case. I knew my legal limits as it pertained to the law. I am now on the road to recovery. I feel like I can continue my journey in creating a new life.

Attorneys are often only as great as their paralegals. While Attorney Vogel stands tall in her own right, this review would not be complete without mentioning the paralegals in her office. They are the ones who help it all come together. Her main Paralegal is Brenda Hughes. Ms. Hughes is a wonderful Paralegal. It became clear to me early in my case how well they worked together to ensure my process ran smoothly. I might add, it was Ms. Hughes wonderful recommendation of Jodats services that lead me to meet with Attorney Vogel. If Attorney Vogel was visiting another site or in court, Ms. Hughes took my call. She answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge, and always retained final decisions to Attorney Vogel.

Divorce has been the hardest experience I have ever gone through. If I had to experience this, I am thankful to God for sending me first to Jodat Law Group, and connecting me to Attorney Vogel and Brenda Hughes.

I would recommend Jodats Law Group to my church, my friends, and colleagues in a heartbeat. I feel privileged by God that He placed me in Attorney Vogels hands.

Attorney Vogel helped me through my divorce, but she also helped me to continue to discover myself and live.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ms. Vogel and her staff at Jodat Law Group. The minute I walked out of my initial meeting with Ms. Vogel I knew I was in good hands and felt that I would be able to trust this firm. I was informed of every step that was taken with my case, I never had to wonder. We built a great rapor and I was extremely satisfied with my end results. Ms. Vogel guided me and preped me for what I was getting ready to face and her confidence and professionalism kept me very calm, expecially when entering into the court room. My daughter was going through a very complicated divorce which involved a large business, numerous assets and young children. Ms. Vogel “took” over the case after the 1st attorney became quite ineffective. Ms. Vogel was diligent and discovered business assets that not even my daughter or I knew existed. She was able to resolve my daughter’s case at Mediation, because of her negotiation skills, and understanding of the law; especially what my daughter was entitled to. She received a substantial settlement for her interest in their business and child support that exceeded our expectations. By settling this case at Mediation she was able to save us thousands of dollars in attorney fees and costs. I am extremely happy with Ms. Vogel and have recommended her to my friends, should they ever need a family law attorney.

I hired Jeana after my previous attorney took my money, provided no services and closed his practice without notification. After such a negative experience I was very careful about my selection. They say things happen for a reason and in my case they did. Jeana was the attorney I needed to get me through the divorce process quickly, diligently and being mindful of the financial burden already placed on me being that I was starting over with a new attorney. Jeana always kept me informed and had my best interests in mind unlike my previous selection. Since divorce is a very emotional experience, you need an attorney with compassion and empathy yet be tenacious too. Jeana held these qualities and more. I cannot say enough positive things about her. I did not think I could get through another day almost to point of dropping divorce. But with Jeana's support, she was able to navigate her way through finalizing my divorce effectively and holding my hand at the same time. She knows the law, thinks outside the box and works endlessly to protect her client. She does all of this with the utmost of compassion. Without Jeana I do not think I would have been divorced today. I highly recommend Jeana for your legal needs.

Jeana Vogel seemed to be a very knowledgable attorney, however I would never know because nothing ever really got done with my case. My ex was pro-se and Jeana Vogel still let the case drag on for months, all the while ramping up the bill. I ended up having to get another attorney to get the job done.

My ex husband & I agree on everything but our mutually shared house which was the major obstacle in my divorce. I indicated to Jeana in our first meeting that I wanted to be free of the remaining mortgage on our home as I could no longer afford to maintain 2 households. Our divorce was finalized in mediation within a few short months of initial filing. With Jeana's persistance & preserverance, I am now divorced, free of additional monthly mortgage payments & will receive my half of the home once it's sold. The final agreement was fair & equitable to all parties. I'd also like to mention Brenda Jeana's assistant as she was a huge asset to my case as well

Ms. Vogel was the 3rd attorney we hired to handle a complicated child custody / dependency case that went on from 2003-2010. At the point in which she took over the case in 2009, it seemed like there was no hope; so much time and money had been wasted with the first 2 incompetent attorneys. However, she went through the case with a fine toothed comb and resolved errors made by the 1st 2 attorneys. She communicated actions needed on our end and made herself available for questions. She dealt with the guardian ad litems, DCF, counselors, etc. Within 1 year, she was successful in obtaining full custody of my stepdaughter for my husband. Praise GOD! I have recommended her to several people since and they have also been pleased with her work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. This attorney is terrible.

I would like to say upfront to those who are in the process of getting a divorce. To stay away as far as possible from Jeana Vogel. Jeana Vogel was a very poor lawyer. Was a previous client of her . She never discussed with me what she wanted to do, only later i found out everything on line http://www.pascoclerk.com/ .Did not answer client's questions. wasn't in the interest of her client. she did everything the way the wanted. Kept loosing my documents. I had to hire another attorney to make necessary corrections that Jeana Vogel did.
Incorrect billing charges, and incompetent office staff.

Ms. Vogel was very helpful. She always worked very diligently and demonstrated caring and concern for my case.

Made several promises throughout case that she never fulfilled. Did a horrible job in court and the second Attorney I hired couldnt believe what a bad job she did. She is young and could careless about anything other than getting paid! She was disrespectful to her staff, and does not have her clients best interest in mind!!! STAY AWAY...she is a horrible family law attorney, unless you want to lose your child custody cases (Im a woman) to a dead beat dad...dont waste your money!
