Franco is a consummate professional – knowledgeable, meticulous and courteous – and has a thorough grasp, not only of the law, but also of how the immigration system actually works. That is invaluable to the client who wants to know when things are likely to happen. He also has boundless energy which is helpful in keeping the client going through what can be quite a process. Certainty on fees is another plus – always good to know at the outset what one will be paying.
Franco handled my Green Card and citizenship applications. Two things particularly impressed me. In the Green Card application, despite being asked to tell me all that he required by way of documentation, he drip-fed his requests for ever more information and proof. This proved a very sensible method of proceeding as, if he had told me all that was needed at the beginning, I would probably have abandoned the whole thing as a lost cause. Between the Green Card and citizenship applications, he kept detailed records, thus making the eventual citizenship application incredibly simple.
I have worked with Mr. Capriotti since 1994 and have received consistent, fairly priced and professional service without any errors and faults. I can warmly recommend Mr. Capriotti.
In my work as a CEO for an Oregon Company I have worked with 12 different attorneys in Oregon since 1994. 11 of these attorneys have made serious errors and some have over billed unscrupulously. This shows some about the high standard of Mr. Capriotti's work. Mr.Carriotti have consistently billed as agreed and delivered perfect flawless work on time.
Mr. Capriotti was first retained in October 2005 when my Filipina fiancee and I decided to marry. He saw our case from our 2006 marriage in the Philippines, her 2007 immigration into the United States, and her obtaining all necessary affidavits, etc. through her American citizenship in August 2011. There were no delays along the way in spite of some difficult administrative hurdles for me to get through. We never had applications or paper work returned or denied and were always apprised in adequate time about upcoming steps that needed to be accomplished. Mr. Capriotti's personal attention was much appreciated, as was his professionalism. He fees were affordable and his payment options allowed me, on a fixed retirement income, to always be current. I would hire him again and have recommended him to friends and colleagues.
