About me

My law practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on bankruptcy litigation and mediation. I am Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I help business owners maximize value whether through restructuring efforts, collection efforts or mitigating the negative affect of litigation on the company. Whether I’m advising Fortune 500 companies, banks, trustees, financial service companies, small businesses or individuals, I seek to understand my clients’ goals, working closely with them to achieve a “win” – however they define it. Our law firm has one of the largest bankruptcy/restructuring teams in Houston and has a wealth of experience. We are able to handle any issue whether representing debtors, creditors, equity holders or trustees in Bankruptcy Court, State Court or Federal District Court.
