Outcome: Client satisfied, and successfully opened new studio.

Description: Game developers at a studio facing closure wanted to open their own studio to work on an independent project. I was asked to review whether they could do this without losing control of their IP, and to counsel them on steps they could take to open their studio in compliance with their non-compete and employment contract
