In my role as an attorney I counsel inventors and companies in acquiring, exploiting, and defending patents and trademarks. I also assist companies in developing strategies for protecting/avoiding intellectual property during growth.

I frequently assist non-IP attorneys with representation of their clients on matters related to IP. My role as co-counsel may involve transactional projects, litigation and general strategy.
