I am a Partner in the intellectual property law firm Gardner Groff Greenwald & Villanueva PC. My practice is limited to intellectual property and strategic counsel focusing exclusively on matters of patent and trademark law, for example:
I am a member of the Georgia and Florida Bars. And, I am Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law by the Florida Bar Association, a designation only 6% of eligible Florida attorneys achieve. And, in 2013 I was named a Rising Star in intellectual property by SuperLawyers magazine, an award given to only 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
I have a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Bachelor's degrees in civil engineering and environmental engineering. And, I studied intellectual property law at Franklin-Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire, perennially one of the nation's top 10 law schools for intellectual property.
