Mr. Milligan graduated from USC Law School in 2000, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He graduated from University of California at San Diego in 1996, where he was on the Provost's Honors List. He has been published in the California Lawyer and other publications, and has several published cases. He has also lectured on various wage and hour topics.
Mr. Milligan has been selected as a "Southern California Super Lawyers: Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Los Angeles Magazine for 2011. "Rising Stars" are "outstanding, emerging attorneys in Southern California," under 40 years of age. The final list includes less than 3 percent of the Southern California Bar.
