Mr. Mortimer is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. Mr. Mortimer has extensive transactional and litigation experience representing a broad-based range of clientele, including commercial property owners, homeowners and residential homeowner associations, general and specialty contractors, and construction supply companies. Mr. Mortimer’s practice focuses on commercial and residential leases and real estate transactions, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and litigation, construction defect litigation, construction litigation and commercial collections, and condominium and homeowners association matters. Mr. Mortimer has also been an invited presenter at a variety of forums sponsored by the Washington Chapter of CAI, landlord associations and commercial credit departments.
Mr. Mortimer lives in Seattle and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
Mr. Mortimer holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Environmental Science from Washington State University, and earned a Juris Doctorate with honors from the Seattle University School of Law.
