I went to her a second time to change my visitation and custody. My ex fought me all the way but Bernadette was firm and steady in my defense and in persuading the court to let me have more time for my kids. She also helped me change the support level for my kids so it was a fair figure. No hesitation on saying I'd go back to her and recommend anyone to her!

I could not have made it through the family court process, if it were not for Bernadette Marcy. It was a very difficult time for me, because my spouse had several affairs. Bernadette was patient and explained everything to me. She was never too busy to call me back. She is very smart, and very prepared. She does her homework, and she fights for your rights. Because of Ms.Marcy, I got a very good result--thank God I listened to her! I will go back to her in the future, if I ever need a lawyer.

I was fortunate to have Ms. Marcy assist me with my initial divorce papers. Ms. Marcy was thorough, professional and sensitive to my needs and issues. I was confident that my case would be handled properly and with great care. I would recommend Ms. Marcy to other potential clients.

We have been pleased to have Bernadette as our volunteer lawyer at our Domestic Violence Program. She is done an awesone job helping the less fortunate and disadvantaged people in our community. Without her commitment to our cause our clients wouldn't be able to find the help they needed and would be hopeless. We have several testimonies of clients she helped and got very positive outcomes. We need more lawyers in our community who have a commitment to help those less fortunate.
