About me

After around 6 years in heavy industrial construction, with a company that worked in mid-stream and downstream oil and gas; I made the small leap to Oil and Gas law. I represent oil and gas companies in all sorts of matters, but primarily acquisitions, divestitures, drafting and negotiating agreements, title opinions, and I handle some litigation. People tell me I write in an easy-to-understand down-to-earth style, and they have me give presentations on occasion.

Austin is licensed in Colorado, North Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming..
