Fake my death to get rid of charges?:
Hello. I’m not asking you to help me commit a crime. Here is a setup: I have a pending felony charges, I fled the country while on bond. I’m able to get a real death certificate. If I send to my lawyer via third party (my brother will say that I died) can my case be dismissed and warrant for bail jumping lifted? If so I’ll be able to return to United States in some time probably via another state? I’m a citizen of us and I guess I cannot be stripped of us citizenship if I appear to be alive at the border? Case would be closed and disposed.
I’m not asking you to give me an advise on how to commit a fraud. All these questions are hypothetical.
Sharon’s answer: Seriously???? I’m going to add your name to a prayer list.
How to defend this?: A girl and me with my friends drink in my friends house. After drinking we then decide to sleep in a single room. Then I kiss the girl while she's asleep and she kiss me also and turn to french kiss. My friend saw us kissing. But when my one friend enter the room which is her boyfriend she pretend asleep and I still continue to kiss her lips and neck and touch her breast. She explain to her boyfriend that I harass her and they will file case against me and treaten mo to death if I will not admit it to them.
Sharon’s answer: This type of sensitive question cannot be answered on a web site. You need to find an attorney in your area for an in-person consultation.
If I got arrested for duii when I was taking medications that were just given to me, am I liable?: I went to the dr to undergo a procedure. Things did not go according to plan. Instead of keeping me there, at the office for observation, the dr gave me four new medications, which I had never taken. I went home, took the medications, & woke up in jail. I had been arrested for DUII. I don't remember anything, & the doctor has told me that they spoke to me while I was under the influence, but I don't remember any of it. The doctor said that I said I wasn't doing well, to say the least. I don't know how I ended up driving, or how I ended up in jail. This doctor barely cares, & the procedure, it seems, is mostly to make money. Had I never went to this doctor, none of this would have happened.
Sharon’s answer:
To protect your privacy and maintain confidentially consider an edit in your question to remove the personal information.
I understand the shock that you can be charged with a DUII while following doctor prescribed medication. Even though you had no intent under Oregon law the government does not need to prove intent or motive. My clients in Oregon do understand that the overall object is to minimize the charge ranging from seeing if eligible for derversion to going to trial. Make sure you have an attorney who predominantly practices DUII. My best to you. Sharon
