Marriage based Green Card Interview: My wife and I met on Tinder and decided to get married after a year of dating. Is this is a problem for Green Card Interview?
Theodore’s answer: So long as the marriage was bona fide, meeting on Tinder should not be a problem.
I got green card through marriage with USC but we divorced , When can I get married again?: I got married in 2009 with USC and then she applied my Spouse visa, I got CR1 visa in 2012 and after my entry in US I got permanent GC in 2 weeks and between this time she got pregnant of my baby and we got one son in 2010 he born in US , due to some issue our relationship got worst and she filed divorce and after 6 month our divorced got finalized in 2015.now I am paying my child support and other expenses, its been 2 years of my divorced so after my citizenship I am planning to get married again with foreigner in my country so is this possible I can apply fiance visa or spouse visa with out any issue??? Because I heard there is some law thats saying ( if u got GC through marriage of USC and u got divorced so you cant get marriage again in 5 years after your divorced)
Theodore’s answer: USCIS recognizes that some marriages don't work out. At the same time, the agency is sensitive to situations where one person immigrates through marrying a US citizen, then divorces and subsequently petitions for another person. Best to work with an immigration attorney to properly and thoroughly document the case.

Theodore’s answer: Call (800) 898-7180 and enter your A#. Contact an immigration attorney to assist.
