Will i be arreseted and charged/labled as a sex offender?:
I just broke up with my boyfriend (im gay), my brithdays on 6-08-1995 and my ex is 5-30-1996, he played this mind games with me and i just couldnt take it no more too much cheating and trust issues making me feel like im worthless, so i showed his family and friends that he's gay by showing a video of us kissing (he was hiding the fact that he is gay) . They are now threatening me with satutory rape. Will i be atrested since im older, What should i do.
And yes we did have sex and yes i have images that we took of us having sex.

A good defense for ADW?: I just found out that the people I allegedly threatened (and am facing criminal charges over) are people who have been fined for noise complaints I've made on them. Also to find out they don't speak English. A) how can I allegedly threaten them if they can't understand what I'm saying and B) is it possible they are retaliating over the fine? Are these defenses for AGW cases?

Be very careful!!! First, an attorney can never assist you in committing a crime (alleged or not). Second, saying allegedly in front of something does not exonerate you from potential liability. Public forums are exactly that, public. A savvy prosecutor can go on this website and use this information against you if you were to proceed with trial. Third, the best advice is to contact an attorney to discuss all possible options. Be aware, however, that an attorney can not help you create defenses that do not exist. The attorney can only make legal arguments within the existing fact pattern.

Is it a good idea to turn over information to detectives that are trying to convict you of a crime?: Detectives are accusing a person of a crime they did not do. We came across info that could possibly help the person show that they are not the one who committed the crime
