Can I sue Wells Fargo for withholding my money?I said it was fraud and there was no way it was.Fraud it was me and my son that went up there to the bank to window We were trying to withdraw $200 and the lady said to coming inside the bank. So we went inside the bank trying to withdraw $2000 and then said it was fraud. The ladies at the coffee bank are no help.They've lied to me.They should do title company was trying to get the money back.

This is going on since February ninthat's. It's all my house to get a better one and a pick up. And they wouldn't even give me my money. And it's March now and they're saying it won't close to March 26th. And then 57 days after that, which I got a paper saying, the 27th from Wells Fargo and what's seventh I was supposed to have a chicken.Do not receive a check

If you are considering a lawsuit, find a local attorney who handles lawsuits against banks that offer free consultations. Maybe this could be better explained in person with the documents to show what happened.
Would it be a bad idea to write a letter to the judge and/or DA asking for lienecy on probation violation ?: my probation officer is wanting me to agree to go to safp or have my case sent back in front of the judge. I have had a few failed UA's but the recent one I know for a fact I was clean and it came up positive so I had it sent to the lab and she said it came back negative and then I had another one Wednesday come back positive and I had her send that one to the lab but haven't got the results back yet. Prior to failing that UA on Wednesday she was going to send me over to a different probation officer for intensive supervision, but as soon as that failed UA came back she took that offer off the table and gave me one week to decide if I want to go to Safp or have my case go back in front of the judge. I don't want to do that, I know I've been clean recently and I can stay clean and I can continue passing all the drug test and I want a chance to have the intensive supervision like she originally offered instead of ending up incarcerated. Would be a terrible idea to write a letter to the judge and DA ?

Yes, it would be a terrible idea. You need a lawyer, someone in Ellis County who knows how the judge and PO are going to react if you don't agree to what the PO wants. So whoever you hire should have some history working with those parties, and with probationers in Ellis who have faced SAFP before.
I was going to explain why the letter is a terrible idea, but I want you to focus on getting an attorney, not trying to figure out why it's not the best way forward.
What can be done about a neighbor causing problems?:
This guy moved in a few months ago and complains to the HOA every couple of days. I acknowledge I need to put a solid fence up so he can't see in my yard. I work on lawn mowers, ATVs, etc.
Also, I've seen him every day, multiple times a day, watching me from his window with binoculars.
Robert’s answer: I'm not sure there is a legal remedy in this situation. Nosey neighbors have the right to view your property from their property and to complain to the HOA about violations. I know this is not the answer you were hoping for. Your best move might be to ensure your fence complies with the HOA rules.
