What kind of sentence am i looking at for a 2nd offense for under 2oz of marijuana: the last time i got possesion was at 17 years old so i dont know if its on my record im really jus not trying to go to jail i have a job that i need be at and im starting school soon

You should be able to avoid jail time - however, depending on the judge, you may not be given another chance at a deferred.
I would make sure you can pass a drug test, then hire a very good attorney.
My husband has been charged for poss cs pg1 or pg2 it was meth. in a siringe but it wasnt his.his brother left it in our: truck and his brother will not confess is there any chance of beating this charge oh and they have enhanced the charged to a second degree felony

Deportation: my husband got deported & now i need to know how i can get him back,can i apply for a work permit for him??he has some misdemeanor assault charges on his record,will i be able to fix his papers since he was deported??
