Do I need to submit biometric fees with my form I-751?: I married to a US citizen two years ago and was granted a conditional green card which will expire in 2 months. I received a mail from USCIS that I need to file form I-751 to remove my condition but while filing, it was written that I need to submit Biometric fees if I am a conditional residence. I already did my biometric when I was filing my petition to get the green card so I am confused that why do I need to go through biometric again and do I need to pay that fees with my application or wait until USCIS send me a letter again asking me to do so?
