if for any reason immigration court stops the EAD CLOCK, will it stop at the days that are already accumulated or will it stop at zero day?
i am in the process of filing my ead application. i have to go to court . my asylum application has been pending 150 days . i have to go to court tomorrow.
if my ead clock stops, will i still be able to file my work permit application?
Elizabeth’s answer: You are asking attorneys to tell you whether your work permit application is going to be approved. Only someone working on that application can take responsibility for their work. If you are going to file the application without attorney help, please read the instructions carefully. You can also call USCIS and they will help you. Good luck.

Elizabeth’s answer: Thanks for highlighting one of the challenges of filing an asylum case. Blandon Law attorneys prepare applications, organize evidence, file the application online and check status for our clients. We have learned how to do this through attending professional seminars and conferences with government officials. If you do not hire an attorney, please read the USCIS website and call their Contact Center for more information.
