Evading arrest detion of vehicle: i recently got relaesed on probation for evading the police on amotor vehicle, and now im trying to figure out how i can get my vehicle back.. its not stolen nor did i have a illegal substance on me.. what can i do to get it back??

You should contact your attorney regarding your case and have him review the state's file for the offense report as this will usually determine which towing service towed the vehicle. You can then call them to determine the location of the car. You should do this as quickly as possible as post storage lots charge by the day and can be very expensive.
How do i go about paying this ticket when i live in another town and can i still take defensive driving?: i got in an accident while visiting Corpus Christi, and was issued a traffic citation for failure to control speed. i live in Houston and its been about two weeks since the accident and I called the municipal court and everything but they have failed to answer or call me back so what do i have to do to get this settled cause this is my first accident and id like to take defensive driving but times ticking and they wont answer they're phones.
Andrew's answer: As a general rule you can hire an attorney to contact the court as your lawyer. usually the court clerk will repsond to an attorney request when representing a client. You can also contact a traffic ticket attorney in Corpus to help you handle the case. It is generally better to hire an attorney who is familiar with the court and can make a personal appearance on your behalf without the necissity of you being present. It is worth the expense to get an attorney to help you with this to (1) keep it off your drving record and (2) to prevent the use of your plea in a later civil trial regarding who is at fault for the accident.
If workers are present in aworkzone but work is currently not being done should I recieve a ticket causing me2 be able 2 pay...: 2x the amount of the fine or not take drivers ed in texas? I was doing 73 keeping up w traffic,(w the cruise on) there was constuction cones up, but the workers were not working and there was no equipment being utilized. In fact it appered they were adding 2 lanes to the right of me, and they were way on the right side of that. The cop indicated the speed limit was 60 on my ticket but I didnt see it posted. It says I cant take drivers ed because the workers are present. Can I fight this or just pay the HUGE fine?
Andrew's answer: You can almost always get a better deal with an attorney than just paying the fine or trying to negotiate on your own. It is best to get a criminal attorney to help you with this. You will end up getting a better deal and it may not show on your driving record in some cases. A lot depends on the court and the prosecutor you are dealing with.
