Is my wife still eligible to complete form I-864 if she did not file tax in 2018. : My wife is a US citizen.
I am applying for an adjustment of status through marriage to a US Citizen.
My wife did not file a tax return in 2018 because she was single in 2018 and didn't make up to $10k.
But she filed taxes in 2019 and 2020.
Her 2020 tax return (that is 2019 income) is above the minimum income required to file Form I-864 (affidavit of support).
Please, do you know if she is still eligible to complete this form even when she didn't file a tax return with the IRS in 2018?
If not, what should we do.

Can a co. file for transfer or renew my expired H1B petition (12/5/15-11/30/18) & use the remaining duration. I used 15 months ?: My first H1B petition was filed by company A while I was in India in 2015 and I entered U.S in September 2015 on company A's petition and searched for jobs but I never worked for company A. Then company B transferred my H1B petition in Dec 2015 and I worked for company A from Jan 2016 - March 2017 and I went back to India in March 2017. So I used total of 15 months out of 36 months. Petition was valid from 12/5/15-11/30/18. My question is can a company renew or transfer my expired H1B petition for the remaining of the time that is 21 months?

Can my mother surrender her green card?: My mother came to USA on a visit visa. My wife got pregnant so she had to stay longer than 6 months. In order to keep her legal, I applied for her green card while she was here which she got it. Now she is back in Pakistan and because of her health reasons, she cannot come back and forth every 6 months to keep her green card active. She has a valid tourist visa on her passport. If she surrenders her green card, can she come on the tourist visa? If that's not valid anymore, can she apply for another tourist visa after she relinquishes her green card? Should she officially surrender the green card or just keep staying in Pakistan for more than 1 year?
