Asylum was filed with uscis online. It is closed because uscis said they have no jurisdiction over it. Meaning, it should have been filled with the court.
Now the one year mark is a few days away. Does it mean a new filings requires with the court? Does it mean the old filings should be sent to the court with the letter sent by uscis claiming lack of jurisdiction? Should the old be sent asking the court to grant the days that uscis had held the asylum before deciding to close it ?
