Do I have to accept lower pay due to a on the job disability?: I’ve been on detail for several years to supervise at a higher pay level. During my detail, I got hurt performing duties that are of a different craft. My doctor wrote a note saying that I was permanently disabled from performing any other duties then my detail, but a new boss wants me to go back to something I’m disabled from doing. If work is found for limited duty that I was already doing in my detail. Should I get the same pay or argue that it’s the same work for less pay? Shouldn’t I retain that pay level since I was disabled at it?

It would be my recommendation that you immediately contact an Attorney who is a certified specialist in PA Workers Compensation Law for a Free Consultation to discuss your case in greater detal.
Assuming your Claim has been accepted and the restrictions are related to your acknowledged injury, the Workers Compensation Carrier would have to pay "Partial Disability" benefits to make up your loss of earning by accepting the lower paying job. I am sorry to hear about your work injury and the treatment you are receiving from your Employer as a result.
Assuming your Claim has been accepted for wage loss, and you are suffering a loss of earnings as result of not being able to perform overtime while on modified duty you should be eligible for "partial disability benefits" which compensates you for 2/3 of the lost wages.
If not currently represented by an Attorney, it is my recommendation you immediately consult an Attorney who is a certified Specialist in PA WC Law.
I been denied S.S.I about three times for a prolonged injury.?: I injured my back about 30 yr ago by falling off a roof. I'm 56 yr of age now and can't do much of anything now. I have problems doing everyday must do things like getting out of bed or putting on my shoes. No income Lost.

I am sorry to hear that your having difficulty with your back, and have been Denied by the Social Security Administration on 3 separate occasions.
In order to be eligible for SSI Benefits one must prove not only entitlement due to disability, but also financial eligibility. If you are working, or have earnings equal to Substantial Gainful Activity (approximately $1200 per month) you would not be eligible. He must have a condition that has kept you out of work for 12 months, or is expected to keep you out of work for 12 months.
If you are not working, and believe your incapable of performing any type of work that would allow you to earn approximately $1200 per month it is my recommendation that you reapply for SSI Benefits in contact an Attorney who's experience in handling SSI Claims.
