Can i fill out g325a listing my job i just lost. will it indicate i lost it ? : I went to greencard interview& were required to present more documents n also fill g325a forms but just lost my job cuz am pointed out frm my job jst after the interview. How long will it take for my wife in Nigeria to be called for interview and to receive immigrant visa? : My wife's F2A priority date is Sept 2015. I just received case number and notice from NVC to pay fees, and submit completed AOS & IV form & support docs in 2-3 business days.
Victor’s answer: No way to be exact on this but if you prepare the 864 properly and have no delays at the NVC, (again depending on what the NVC has), generally I would say average 2.5 months from when the NVC gets everything.
What I should do?:
I am in a removal process,( pending asylum case) my master hearing will be in December 2015, my husband is actually a green card holder and already file an I 130 for me, we have the receipt but no response yet.
My husband is in the process of neutralization to become a citizen, he already have his interview and he is being recommended for an approval, he is just waiting to take his oath of allegiance.
Can we file a green card through USCIS while while we waiting for the master hearing? What step we need to take after my husband become citizen?

Victor’s answer: If your I-130 is approved and your husband becomes a citizen, it may be possible to terminate your removal case so you can apply for adjustment with USCIS if eligible. I suggest you work with an immigration lawyer in this situation.
