Can trusty demand spouses business and personal bank statements If I am filing individually chapter 7 for business and personal: I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy for business and personal and had interview today with the trustee, I had a truck which was on my company name but owned by a bank and my wife company took over the payments and use the truck for her trucking business, now trustee demands her bank statements can they take her money from business and personal?

Yes, whether he/she can take any action beyond that, after reviewing them is another matter, but I do believe the Trustee has the power request these documents.
BTW, if you are filing "pro se" and don't have an attorney, this is a VERY CLEAR sign you need to hire someone right away to assist you in this matter.
SSA is objecting to my chapter 7 discharge: I had my meeting of the creditors for chapter 7 bankruptcy on 4/4/18. No creditors showed. Two weeks after, the DOJ called my attorney objecting to my discharge of a social security overpayment- wanting to settle this. This overpayment was not my fault and not caused by fraud yet my attorney still has not replied to them and seems to be in no rush to do so despite my pleas to answer them. The deadline for my discharge and for them to file an adversary is 6/4/18. I'm terrified, cannot sleep, cannot eat, and cannot function. I've told my attorney this - he's told me not to worry- that the DOJ "is not in a rush to file an adversary against me". Please help as this seems very odd to me that this should be postponed and delayed like this. Should I get a new attorney to handle this promptly as Ive tried to communicate with him and it's not been effective.

SSA has to make the first move, and there is really nothing for your attorney to do. Why do you want to poke the (hopefully) sleeping dog? If SSA doesn't act by 6/4/2018 you WIN! if they file, then the hard and costly work proving there is no fraud begins. Based on the information you have provided, your attorney is correct.
