I'm going through a divorce. My soon to be ex is trying to force me to change my name back.: He says he can legally do so. I told him he can't. Who's right? Honestly I don't want to go through the hastle of changing it all back when in all likely hood I'll most likely be getting married to my boyfriend within the next year and just having to do the process all over again.

If i have primary custody of the the children, does my wife have to pay me child support? Even if I make more than her?: I make about $25,000.00 more than my wife so I'm wondering if I am the primary, does she have to pay me child support since I'll have my children more than her.
