What do I do about dealership milage fraud? Do i sue? How do I know what lawyer to pick to help with this? : I bought a 2003 Toyota Tacoma prerunner 3 weeks ago the milage on the dash of the truck says 158k miles. I just decided to check the Carfax and it says the car has had 2 owners and no wrecks Florida owned but it has multiple check-ins at oil change places and shops with milage reports of 244,873 miles reported earlier this year. I don't know what to do about this I feel I have been scammed. Please help.

Angelo’s answer: You certainly have rights and would be entitled to attorney's fee and costs. Both attorneys are correct. You need to find out all those who committed the fraud.

How can I take action against a company that isn't giving consumers full refunds and putting out poor product?: To whom it may concern,

I’m just one person, one voice in a crowd of hundreds of angry, disappointed, hurt, and upset people. I’m writing this letter on behalf of the people and for the people. The company PetSocks, also known as The Pet Collection, PetMugs, has angered customers all across the world.

People placed orders in September, November, months earlier than me and have not received their orders. The very few that did received their orders share photos of the poor quality of the work. People are asking for refunds and the company has been ignoring emails and not issuing refunds. I have proof that over 126 people maybe more have been affected by this Atlanta based company. Contacting the BBB and Atlanta Attorney General hasn't helped, we need another option.
