Unlawful Detainer Complaint Filed - How Long Do I Have to Answer?:
I am in a commercial unit and was served with an unlimited unlawful detainer lawsuit. The summons says I have 30 days to respond. However, I thought I only had 5 days?
Does this make the summons defective because they used the wrong one?

Do i need to close the California company to Incorporate same company in Delaware?: We have an existing company Incorporated in California, but now' we are looking to move company to Delaware and also issue stock to us (two founders).

Why do you want to move the company to DE? Do you want to be a publicly traded company?
Be careful, if you are a foreign entity (DE corp) doing business in CA, you'll be subject to laws in both CA and DE. You'll also be subject to taxes in both jurisdictions.
