Will i get put on probation?: a couple of months ago i was put on ACD in New York state. but unfortunately for me i was caught two more times with unlawful possession charges (only one charge was over a gram). after i was put on ACD, what are some of the different scenarios that might play out?
Steven's answer: Your case that led to the ACD will be restored and you will of be offered another one. Most likely you will recieve one disposition to cover the old as well as the two new cases.
May be facing grand larceny felony E charges, did crime at 17 and turned 18 and now being charged with the felony?: What will happen ? I stole up to 1500$ worth of stuff with 4 people and we all had lil items that equaled 1500$ . if i gve up the items and peoples names what will happen ? And be all Of our consequences ?
Steven's answer: There are many possibilities. Assuming you have no prior criminal convictions, what seems clear based on the facts you set forth you should be able to avoid jail and avoid a criminal conviction.
Jokes about serious stuff: me and my friend was joking, then the police was called. then i had to talk to the director and a psychiatrist about jokes i made about killing somebody and raping somebody, which they took it seriously? After how i explained how everything in detail was a joke, they still take this seriously. Am i digging my own grave? or should i work things out with the schools officials? Plz dont say get a lawyer because I already heard that one.
Steven's answer: You can't avoid the need for a lawyer under these circumstances. At this point you will need one for damage control.
