What's the alimony start date in New York?: Hello. I've read in a couple of places that alimony start date is after divorce judgement date but in all separation agreements I see start date should be included. How can I predict when judge will sign the forms or can the start date be before the date judge signs the forms? My divorce in uncontested. Thank you.
