A friend of mine got arrested and charged with conspiracy 1st B felony, and her bail is remanded. What can I do to help?: She is currently being held in Riker's and I'm trying to help her get out so we can figure out what the best course of action is and she can be with her kids. Maryam’s answer: Yes most likely there would be a warrant. You could always call the court clerk and give your name to see if there is an outstanding warrant. If yes, you should show up to court with your attorney and tell clerk you are there for a return on a warrant. They will schedule you to see a judge and vacate the warrant.
