From the second I approached Brian to help me with my DUI case, I felt comfortable that he would do everything he could to help me through my unfortunate situation. There's not enough great things I can say about Brian and his whole team, they helped me every step of the way. I trusted him from the beginning and it paid off greatly in the end where my DUI was reduced to a reckless driving. I can not express the gratitude I owe to Brian and highly recommend him if you are in need of a great person/lawyer to help you in your situation.
Brian Roach spent the last three years fighting a DUI for me in cooperation with Jonathan Rands (My attorney in another DUI case in a different county) to land me the best possible outcome for both cases. This was an intricate dance that involved a lot of work on Brian's end to secure the deal we were seeking in the other case. After that case was settled, Brian's focus was returned to the case I hired him for, and he just went ahead and got that dismissed for me. (like a boss)
I met Brian at a pretty scary time in my life. Meeting with him was the first moment in the 48-hours after my arrest that I considered the possibility that things were going to be okay. The 48-hours leading up to that meeting was the only time in three years that I spent confused about what was going on with my DUI case. Brian (and his team of assistants and associates) kept me informed and up to date on all that was going on, and Brian was always happy to spend the time to make sure I actually understood all of it.
I got arrested twice in five weeks for DUI in two different counties of Washington State. With Brian and Jonathan working together, I never lost my commercial driver's license, and took a plea for 1-count of reckless driving. I'm still impressed when I think about it, and I recommend these two men every chance I get to anyone who finds themselves in need of a good DUI defense.
Good luck to you, and hire Brian Roach if you're looking.
When I met with Mr. Roach he agreed to handle my case, he was very gracious, I was thrilled to have him by my side in Court. His calm demeanor and tenacious approach in the Courtroom were impressive and when the Judge said my case was dismissed at that first hearing, honestly I couldn't have been more please with Mr. Roach's performance.
Brian Roach is one of the best in his field of expertise. He has a well educated and skilled group of assistants who take very good care of their clients. He and his team are remarkable and have years of experience. He is helpful, not judgmental.
I never heard anything from him until I showed up at the courthouse. I called, e-mailed and never got any calls back. Worked out a deal for me that was probably pretty good. For me, he made the stress of legal problems worse. It was hard being in the dark the whole time. I feel like I paid him way too much, I wonder how much he really worked on my case.
Brian Roach helped me with (my first in my life at age 49) 2 DUIs in which I got within months apart. Brian agreed to consolidate them and not charge me on the second one because he's a moral person and simply cares.
Brian then stepped out of his forte of dealing with DUIs and was VERY instrumental in forcing my 35 year old son into a mental institution for schizophrenia. My son is a totally new person and finally has a future thanks to Brian. Brian did this at no charge.
