John Henry Guin

John H. Guin represents owners, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and lenders in all aspects of construction-related matters.  Mr. Guin has experience in state and federal courts in Washington, Montana, and Idaho, representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, boards of contract appeals, administrative hearings, and private arbitration and mediation.  Mr. Guin is provides alternative dispute resolution services, including serving as arbitrator, mediator, discovery master, or third-party neutral.  Mr. Guin is a member of the American Arbitration Association's panel of construction industry arbitrators and has received training in mediating complex construction disputes at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Outside the office, John Guin enjoys spending time with his family in such activities as camping, hiking, golfing, and fishing.
