John Henry Guin

John H. Guin brings over a decade of experience in dispute resolution affecting the construction industry.  Mr. Guin represents owners, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties in all aspects of construction-related matters.  Mr. Guin has experience in state and federal courts in Washington, Montana, and Idaho, as well as extensive experience in private mediation and arbitration.  Mr. Guin is also expanding his practice into alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Guin is a member of the American Arbitration Association's panel of construction industry arbitrators and has received training in mediating complex construction disputes at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Outside the office, John Guin enjoys spending time with his family in such activities as camping, hiking, golfing, and fishing.
