About Me

Gloria currently serves on the cabinet of City of Spokane Mayor Condon's administration as Director of Local Government and Multi-Cultural Affairs.  Gloria is an Adjunct Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law.  She was appointed to serve as Commissioner for the Commission on Hispanic Affairs by Governor Gregoire in August of 2012 and was elected Chair of the Commission in October of 2012. 


 


Gloria commenced her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Benton County and then transitioned into private practice. Gloria has extensive jury trial experience in criminal cases both as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and as Defense Counsel.  Gloria's criminal law practice focused on felony matters in both State and Federal Court. Gloria held a judicial services contract with the Spokane Tribe of Indians and served as Chief Judge for Spokane Tribal Court.
