Dale A. De Felice is a Partner at Paine Hamblen . Mr. De Felice focuses on all facets of employment law and litigation on behalf of employers of all types in both Federal and State courts, as well as before governmental and administrative agencies such as the EEOC, Department of Labor, the Washington State Human Rights Commission and Employment Security Department.  Types of cases include discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; wrongful discharge; wage and hour issues; non-competes; trade secrets; personnel policies and manuals; and drafting complex employment agreements and related documents.  In addition, Mr. De Felice assists business in finding solutions to their complex immigration needs. Mr. De Felice is a frequent speaker, including in-house seminars and training for clients, on various topics related to both employment and employment based immigration law.
