David P. Abeyta works in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death claims, including auto accidents, workplace injuries, and school injuries. Abeyta works primarily out of the Abeyta Nelson Yakima office.
Abeyta is a life-long resident of Yakima, Washington. After graduating from West Valley High School, Abeyta went on to study at Washington State University and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Political Science. Abeyta continued his education at the California Western School of Law, graduating in 2009. Abeyta joined Abeyta Nelson P.C. in March 2010.
Abeyta is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. He serves on the Washington State Association for Justice Board of Governors, as well as the New Member Committee. He is active in the community and involved with United Way as a Loaned Executive and as an executive committee member of the New Leaders of Yakima County. Abeyta serves on the board of directors for the Yakima Valley Community Foundation and the Montessori School of Yakima. Abeyta is married to Chelsea Irwin-Abeyta, and they have two children, Beauchene and Penelope.
