The BAC DataMaster is the only breath test instrument approved for use in the State of Washington. Woods & Brangwin owns this one and John Brangwin is certified by the manufacturer to operate and calibrate the instrument.

About me

John graduated with honors from Gonzaga University with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts. His focus is criminal defense, DUIs, and injury cases.  John is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, and is certified in the NHTSA Field Sobriety Tests and the BAC DataMaster.  He is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington State Association for Justice.  John's peers have recognized him as a Rising Star, through WA Law & Politics magazine, in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
