July 14, 2015 was a nighmare for me and my wife. Our daughter was sick and we took her to the hospital. One of the nurses got mad at me because I denied her the use of a thermometer in the wrong place on my 4 month old daughter. She made a complaint and CPS was called. CPS lady came in and told the doctors, nurses and police a big fat lie. The hospital put a hold on our kids and our son, who was not even sick was taken away. My wife was assigned Clarke Tibbits by the court as we could not afford attorneys. I had to hire Joseph Baker as he was referred to me by David Gehrke. Clarke gained the nick name Superman because he talked with us so much that our stress levels went down a lot. The 5 months time we had to wait till trial was so hard. Our depression set in like a ball on the shoulder. It got heavy. My wife was never rude but I was. Clarke I could tell would get annoyed with me. He knew his job and I did not and I am glad he relieved us of so much stress. Clarke and Joseph got up on the trial day and acted like the Seahawks football team. CPS was hard and tough to fight but Clarke and Joseph together got us our kids back. It was near Christmas and this was the best Christmas present ever. This is the first Court Ordered Attorney I have ever seen give it the best. We will keep Clarke, Joseph and David all in our family forever. We will probably bug them to much, but, at least they will know we love them all and bless them with the best blessings ever. Thank you Clarke Tibbits, youre the Superman of all DAC attorneys.

Clarke seemed too busy. I asked and gave him a retainer to mail a letter but it was never done. I also had an alcohol related case not a DUI which was based on a field sobriety test which is not allowed and spent more time, 4 days, in jail then if I would of had a DUI.
