I am contributing author to the Washington State Bar Association publication Washington Civil Trial and Evidence Manual, Voir Dire to Verdict (Fifth Edition, 2004).
In addition to being an advocate for injured people, I am also active in local civil courts as an arbitrator and mediator, and am regularly selected as an arbitrator to perform mandatory arbitrations in Thurston County Superior Court.
