Sharon is an active member of the prestigious National College for DUI Defense, which has seminars annually during the summer at Harvard Law School, followed by winter session in Nevada. Sharon's firm is dedicated to the aggressive defense of driving under the influence charges with compassionate advocacy to clients. Michael Maltby:

Michael Maltby was a former Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney who prosecuted criminal cases in Idaho and Washington for thirteen years.  He has successfully litigated thousands of cases encompassing the full gamut of criminal law ranging from driving offenses, drug crimes, and juvenile offenses to Homicide.  Mr. Maltby is a skilled trial attorney and has handled over one hundred misdemeanor, juvenile and felony trials.   He was also heavily involved in Drug and Mental Health court. In order to achieve the best possible outcome for a client, Mike is extremely astute at sizing up the legal and factual merits of a case and advocating and litigating effectively both in and out of court.
