I was fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Mark Wagner. During my time as his client, Mr. Wagner has secured for me many rights the injured worker often cannot win on his own. The most notable would be a hard-fought victory in my pursuit to have a spinal cord stimulator implant. Washington State Labor and Industries does not recognize this as a curative device, even though my results of the procedure have proven otherwise. In fact, Mr. Wagner is the only attorney I am aware of who has successfully obtained this right for his clients. Mr. Wagner truly is a caring man who wants only the best for my family and myself and is always looking out for my well-being. I consider myself very fortunate to have an attorney with such compassion and determination for his job. I could not be happier with the job he has done!
